August: Alimentos Saludables Valle is born, marking the beginning of the construction of a state-of-the-art baking plant, built to meet the highest international standards.
2020
February: Our state-of-the-art production plant is up and running, with the capacity to produce 1,000,000 pieces per month. We also begin the certification process to ensure the highest quality and safety standards of our products.
March: The global pandemic reshapes the market landscape. In response, we adapt by launching a line of individually packaged products, tailored for the retail sector—providing a practical and reliable solution during uncertain times.
2021
September: Our products make a strong impact on the market, earning recognition for their exceptional flavor, quality, and nutritional benefits. We form strategic partnerships with hotel chains in Cancun and Los Cabos, while also expanding our presence in retail outlets nationwide.
